InterSense is a company that has made motion trackers using optical tracking, IMUs, and ultrasonic tracking. It was founded by Eric Foxlinin about 1995.[1]
InterSense was bought by Gentex, and then sold to Thales.[1]
InterSense's products were based on hybrid spatial tracking, using inertial sensors combined with acoustic tracking.
The company was in Burlington, Massachusetts.[2] Its website was isense.com.[3]
Its products include the IS-600 Mark2 and the IS-900 family (MiniTrax line).[4]
Some of InterSense's products were assembled in the USA.[5]
