The Apple Vision Pro is a head-worn computer from Apple, Inc. It runs visionOS, which is a flat-panel based operating system. It requires a jailbreak to do anything useful.
The Vision Pro is locked down, so it is impossible to load a custom operating system on it. It is also impossible to develop your own apps on it without at a point being connected to Apple's signing servers.
It is impossible to demo in the stores unless you have an Apple ID.
The lenses are made out of polycarbonate.
Product Development[edit]
Apple developed the Vision Pro in Boulder, Colorado.[1]
- 5360 Sterling Dr, Boulder, CO 80301 - A site of the Technology Development Group, later known as the Vision Products Group, which developed the Apple Vision Pro.[2][3] - 40,000 square feet of office space
