DigiLens is a company that makes waveguides.

DigiLens has marketed their Crystal 30 waveguides, Crystal 50 waveguides, and their ARGO smartglasses.

DigiLens uses a volume Bragg grating approach for making its waveguides.[1]

DigiLens' founder is Jonathan Waldern. Digilens was founded as SBG Labs Inc. SBG stands for switchable bragg grating.

DigiLens has partnered with Qualcomm.[2]

All of DigiLens' products have a flat focus or are primarily intended for use with projectors that have a flat focus.

DigiLens' products generally have a field of view lower than 50 degrees.

Samsung is a main investor in DigiLens.[2] Dolby Family Ventures is another investor.[3]

History[edit]

DigiLens created an optical-see-through display, in collaboration with Rockwell Collins, for Embraer Jets.[5]
