Evans & Sutherland is an American computer graphics firm founded by David Evans and Ivan Sutherland.[1]
They pioneered interactive computer graphics.[2]

Evans and Sutherland developed a geometric modeling system called CDRS, which was eventually bought by PTC.[1]

In the 1970s, E&S began to split into two divisions: the Interactive Systems Division (Picture Systems) and the Simulation Systems Division (Flight Simulators).[4]
