Lightspace Technologies, also known as Lightspace Labs, is a company in Latvia that sells 3D multifocal head mounted displays.[1] It is owned by Summa Defence.[2][3] It was founded in 2014.[1] The company conducts its product development and manufacturing in Latvia.[4]
Its headsets use focal stacks.
The founder of Lightspace Labs is Ilmars Osmanis.[5]
The company's logo is meant to look like a focal stack.
The company has a subsidiary in the USA.[1]

The company was acquired by Summa Defence in 2024.[9]
In June 2024, Lightspace announced a partnership with Rheinmetall Electronics UK, a European defense technology company, aiming to co-create augmented reality systems for defense and security applications.[4]
