Limbak is a company that has developed freeform optics for head-mounted displays.
One of their developments is called ThinEyes.[1]
It was bought by a large U.S. company. It is rumored that Apple was the company.[2]
Limbak was based in Spain.
Limbak provided design services to SimulaVR.[3]
Limbak partnered with Fraunhofer FEP on a VR headset design using displays with OLED deposition done by Microoled.[4]
