The Madgwick algorithm is an algorithm that can be used to get the 6DOF pose of an object that has embedded sensors.

It was made by Sebastian Madgwick.[1]

It is specialized for a device that uses three three-axis sensors in combination: a 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, and 3-axis magnetic sensor.
