The PR2 is a prototype head-mounted display by Palmer Luckey.
It came after PR1.
It uses a Vitrolight 5.6" 1280x800 TFT LCD module.
Specifications[edit]
- About 120 degrees diagonal field of view[1]
- 100 percent binocular overlap
- 640x800 resolution per eye
- Diffusion filter[1]
- VGA and USB connections
- 3DOF motion tracking[1]
- Input video connection is side by side[1]
Optics[edit]
- The lenses are acrylic.
- Palmer Luckey made the lens holding assembly using a vacu-form mold, same way the original LEEP shell was made.[2]
