3Draw

3Draw is a 3D digitizer product line from Polhemus available in the 1990s. It includes the 3Draw and the 3Draw Pro. The name is a portmanteau of 3D and draw.

The 3Draw and 3Draw Pro have a working volume of 12" x 18" x 12".^[1]

The maximum update rate is 120 hertz.^[1]

3DRAW PRO is accurate to 0.01 inch (ten thousandths) and 3DRAW is accurate to 0.1 inch.^[1]

It interfaces with a computer using RS-232.
