Spaceball 3003

The Spaceball 3003 is a 6DOF control peripheral. It was released by Spacetec in about the year 1995.^[1]

It was released in 1996.^[2]

The Spaceball 3003 uses a proprietary software module called SpaceWare, which is integrated with and supported by a number of popular CAD/CAM/CAE applications, including Computervision's CADDS5, Delcam's DUCT5, IBM's CATIA, Hewlett-Packard's Solid Designer, MATRA's Euclid, Megavision and STRIM 100, MSC's Patran, Parametric Technologies' Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/JR., SDRC/CAMAX's CAMAND and EDS/Unigraphics.^[2]
