The Bird is an electromagnetic 3D tracking system from Ascension. It is also known as the Ascension bird.[1]
It is a 6DOF tracking system.[2][3]
It was introduced in 1992.[2]
It was also described as the "Ascension BIRD family of 6D graphics input devices."[4]
