Visual communication is the act of human to human communication using some kind of visual stimulus.

It can be:

  • Written language
  • Pictorial language
  • Drawings, paintings, or photographs

Visual communication can be done using sign language.

The richest form of visual communication imaginable is full saturation of the encoding capacity of the visual and parietal cortexes, done using a brain-computer interface or some kind of novel visual display.
