Smartglasses
Smartglasses, sometimes called AI glasses, are electronic glasses that use a display to provide information to the person wearing them. They use a built in computer. A set of smart glasses is basically a set of head-mounted display glasses with a built in computer.
Smartglasses are typically an all-in-one device that is self contained in the glasses frame. Smartglasses are independent from a smartphone. It is a separate device.
Smartglasses may have spatial tracking. Smartglasses are often seen as a stepping stone to augmented reality glasses, as smartglasses have the same form factor and components, but require less processing power.
